We're Going to be Dalmenites!

Ok, I know this isn't a conspiracy (or is it?) and I also know that it's not sundown yet (I never specified the DAY Kirk), but I had to make a post. We are very close to owning a house in Dalmeny. We looked over alomost everything this fine city has to offer in the last few weeks and were getting very discouraged. Saturday was especially discouraging as everything we saw was in really really bad shape. These pretty much weren't worth the lots they were built on. So we got back to the office and decided to check small towns, found a character home in Dalmeny and the rest is history (well almost, we'll see if everything still holds together by next Monday). We had prayed that God would open something up where He wanted us to be, and also that He would place us in the community that He wants us to impact. Kind of a long way off from a condo in S'toon but I think we'll really like it. We will definitely be having some get togethers out there... what a sweet yard for a barbeque. Anyhow, that's an update on the house situation, thanks to those of you who were praying and continue to pray that everything goes smoothly in the purchasing process.
